Generally the service was great, the room was fairly quiet with a pullout couch and Queen beds, as example. The breakfast with the usual fare.

The service was good and the pool was clean. I have stayed in queen studio for 1 night, it was complete with a pullout couch and king beds, for instance. Location: the hotel was short walk to an industrial park next to a Hampton Inn, shopping and BETHEL church, and Redding.

Cozy stay with great breakfast

The room was super clean and felt homey. Breakfast was solid, especially the waffles! Only bummer was limited seating, so we had to eat in our room. Staff was really friendly, even better. Just wish they had more seating for breakfast!

amazing spots for walking and exploring nearby parks

I stayed for one night in a king studio, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved being a short stroll away from the beautiful Riverfront Park and the fun Turtle Bay Exploration Park, perfect for a weekend wander.

The kids loved the nearby hiking trails, and I appreciated the cozy kitchenette that let us whip up quick meals. The outdoor patio was a hit too, giving us a chance to relax while the kids played. It was perfect for our family!

My wife says that the breakfast area needed more seating for families.

The pool was dirty and disgusting, algae and mildew. Furniture had spider webs. Christina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Redding's local flavors are a delight! I loved hitting up Kelly's Pub & Wine Bar for a tasty bite after exploring. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was a solid start to my mornings. Can't forget about the Dutch Bros. Coffee nearby for that perfect caffeine kick!

Our room was nice inside, but it was adjacent to a mechanical storage door that sounded like a cat fight all night. It really dulled the experience, like a gourmet meal with a side of burnt toast.
